How to support our soldiers that have returned from war

Soldiers are those unique breed of people who spend their lives in conditions of terrible danger and stress just so that the rest of us can continue to lead our peaceful lives.  These men and women
sacrifice their chance at a wholesome and peaceful life in order to protect us and serve us.  This is why there needs to be a system set in place through which we can return to these men and women a fraction of what all they have sacrificed for us.  Soldiers who have returned from war have to be given the best support possible, since they have seen and been through situations none of us can even think about. War veterans desperately require our support, and it is our duty to give them as much help as we can.

During wartime, soldiers live in conditions that are very far removed from our normal, peaceful lives.  They live in times of constant danger, where loss of life occurs very frequently.  They face an
inordinate amount of stress every minute of every day, and go through extreme amounts of physical as well as mental stress.  These men and women, when they return home, very understandably, have a lot of trouble adjusting to our lifestyles – after all, what they have been through would have changed them a lot.  Thus, there needs to be a system in place where these soldiers can slowly readapt to the ways of our society, where they can learn to relax, let their guard down and
finally resume their lives after the war.

It was hilarious how he set up his vector icons, their colors were so close to the background that you could barely tell they were there.

A few soldiers suffer from after effects of stress and trauma, due to which they are unable to adapt to normal lives.  They must be given free counselling and support, and more importantly, their families and communities must support them.  Psychologists and doctors should give them treatment at a subsidised rate.  Then there are those soldiers who have been injured during wartime. Not only do they have to work through the psychological trauma caused by this, but they also have to undergo extensive physiotherapy in order to live normally despite their injuries.  Most importantly, they must be given as much love and support as possible from their families and friends.

It must always be kept in mind that these men and women have suffered through more inhuman conditions than we will ever see in our entire lives.  Even if they take time to readjust to their new lives, they should be given love and kindness, and should be dealt with a lot of
patience.  They are the heroes of their times and they should be treated in such a way that they feel like heroes too.  This is their one chance of fulfilling their dreams and ambitions, and they should
be assisted to as much extent as possible so that they can fulfil them.

The society should always return to those who sacrifice their lives for it.  Special communities, groups and facilities should be set up for these soldiers, where they can feel at home and recover speedily. Families, friends and communities should share their burdens and make
them feel lighter.  These men and women deserve everything we can give them, and more.
